Forest to Fork Wild Mushroom Products
Our line of unique food products are implemented from seasonal harvesting in B.C. forested areas. The mushrooms are then sorted, cleaned, dried and stored in air tight containers and kept in freezers to ensure ultimate freshness at the time of manufacturing gluten-free products such as Soups/Sauces; Wild Mushroom Curry (made from scratch); Porcini Risotto with Herbs; and our Royal Blend of dehydrated mushrooms consisting of up to 14 varieties. We also sell wild mushroom powders and seasonings which are an ideal addition to any cooking projects. Each product is individually packaged in food safe clear cellophane and then into a crystal clear hang-bags for ease of display. Our products are extremely versatile, quick and easy to prepare within 15-20 minutes from stovetop to table. Because the products are dry, they have an exceptionally long shelf life. "MORELS VS.
